Originating from Alsace, France, a region located towards the German border, Tarte Flambée has a thinly rolled yeast-free base, spread with flavourable fromage blanc and topped with various ingredients. Best enjoyed when shared with friends and family!
You can expect our menus to remain consistently appealing and varied throughout the year. In the warmer summer months, expect a menu that focuses on lighter ingredients that pair well with a glass of rosé in an outdoor setting. In winter, we bring you heartier dishes for those cool evenings gathering inside for cosy dinner catch ups.
We are proud to work with farmers and producers in Northern Queensland, along with local boutique vegetable growers. When in season, expect to find white asparagus from Victoria on our menu!
