Menus
Designed by Haig Rd Bistro’s head chef, Yann Bouton, the menu draws inspiration from France’s southern regions. Breakfast includes croque monsieurs, eggs benedict and brioche French toast. The lunch menu features French classics such as escargot, steak tartare and house-made terrines.
Choose from the two or three-course set menu for dinner, with mains such as oven-roasted duck and poisson en papillote. All accompanied by French champagne and wine!
